The TCGA Renal Phenotype Research Group is part of the CIP TCGA Radiology Initiative. This activity is currently in the early stage of development. Multiple modalities of images which correlate to the kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) data in the TCGA Data Portal are currently being gathered for submission to TCIA. In the mean time the group is beginning preliminary discussions around research methods and goals. |
