Summary
Volumetric and texture features from 82 TCGA cases were obtained following pre-processing, registration and (manual) segmentation in T1-post contrast and T2-FLAIR images. Features are then compressed using PCA. These are available to the community and can be obtained by emailing cancerimagingarchive@mail.nih.gov to request access.
