This release only impacts users of the command-line version of the NBIA Data Retriever (CLI), who are recommended to upgrade. Windows and Mac versions of the NBIA Data Retriever remain at version 4.4.

Users of the CLI version can now tell the app that they have read the license and agreed to its terms so that they can download data more efficiently in automated pipelines and scripts.
