Description
These are the Tumor-Infiltrating (TIL) Maps, and the software tools that were used to identify these TILs from various digitized whole-slide, H&E stained, diagnostic pathology images from 13 TCGA studies. The accompanying paper contains detailed information about our methods and our findings.
