Summary
This collection contains images from patients with non-small cell lung cancer imaged prior to surgical excision with both thin-section CT and whole body PET/CT scans acquired under IRB approval from Stanford University and the Veterans Administration Palo Alto Health Care System. The first installment of 26 cases (see shared list "NSCLC Radiogenomics: Initial Stanford Study of 26 Cases") corresponds to microarray data acquired from the excised samples, which is available on the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE28827), where DICOM patient names are identical to microarray sample names. For scientific inquiries relating to the data-set please contact Drs. Sandy Napel (snapel@stanford.edu) or Sylvia K. Plevritis (sylvia.plevritis@stanford.edu).
