NCI has announced resources for the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) (http://proteomics.cancer.gov/) aimed at integrating proteomic research with genomics so as to create produce a more unified understanding of tumor biology. The NCI Cancer Imaging Program is offering organized those specific cases , "shared list" downloadable as an opportunity for researchers to explore what such combined research resources might offer. They consist of 28 ovarian (TCGA-OV) and 14 breast (TCGA-BRCA) cases.
