Workshop and challenges will be held at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School (HMS), 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur, Boston, MA in room 216. MICCAI will provide buses between Kresge Auditorium at MIT and the Martin Conference Center at HMS in the morning (departing at 7:00am and at 7:30am) and in the evening (location details pending)departing at 5:15pm). Alternatively, you can use public transportation or taxi.  If not already registered, you will have to register at the Kresge Auditorium and then go to the Martin Conference Center.  There will be not on-site registration at this location.

The purpose of this workshop is to consider basic requirements and current resources for open science development of systems in support of computational precision medicine in brain tumor diagnosis and treatment planning. Topics of interest include open science approach to validation and bench marking of algorithms in quantitative imaging, biomedical informatics and their integration, and related open archives and cloud-based computing.  We will consider the role of computational challenge competitions though MICCAI in benchmarking and validation of tools and algorithms for precision medicine and clinical decision support in brain tumor diagnosis and therapy.
