A variety of image formats for the segmentation volumes were utilized including NIFTI, NRRD, JPG, PNG, DICOM-SEG, DICOM-RT, AIM, and LIDC-XML. The results were ultimately converted into DICOM-SEG format and uploaded back to TCIA. |
