excerpt
This collection contains 26 cases of subset of NSCLC Radiogenomics contains images from patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) imaged prior to surgical excision with both thin-section computed tomography (CT) and whole body positron emissions tomography (PET)/CT scans acquired under IRB Institutional Review Board approval from Stanford University and the Veterans Administration Palo Alto Health Care System. Microarray The first installment of 26 cases (see shared list "NSCLC Radiogenomics: Initial Stanford Study of 26 Cases") corresponds to microarray data acquired from the excised samples corresponding to these scans , which is available on the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Gene Expression Omnibus (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE28827), where DICOM patient names correspond , where Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) patient names are identical to microarray sample names. For scientific inquiries relating to the data-set, please contact Drs. Sandy Napel ( snapel@stanford.edu ) or Sylvia K. Plevritis ( sylvia.plevritis@stanford.edu ).
