Do the exams in TCIA show both malignant and benign tumors?
All patients that are part of TCIA at this time are cancer-positive by definition. We don’t have any collections of healthy patients, so in general the tumors would be malignant. The only exception could be patients with multiple tumors might have a benign tumor in addition, but at least one tumor should always be malignant in each patient.
