Segmentations On some cases segmentations of the prostate central gland and the peripheral zone are available as NRRD files. For each case, the background is labeled as 0, the peripheral zone as 1 and the central gland as 2. A prostate segmentation can be constructed by grouping the central gland and the peripheral zone segmentation. other cases segmentations of the neurovascular bundle and seminal vessicles are available as MHA files. The segmentations were constructed using MeVisLab (http://www.mevislab.de).
