When downloading images the current default destination location for Windows devices is a path that is not visible and writeable. Our suggestion is to create a new folder perhaps under the My Documents structurehidden by default which makes it hard to locate after the download completes. We suggest clicking the "Browse" button and selecting a more convenient destination for your data.
