Segmentations of the prostate central gland and the peripheral zone are also available as NRRD files. For each case, the background is labeled as 0, the peripheral zone as 1 and the central gland as 2. A prostate segmentation can be constructed by grouping the central gland and the peripheral zone segmentation. The segmentations were constructed using MeVisLab (http://www.mevislab.de).  More information about the nature of these segmentations can be found on the NCI-ISBI 2013 Challenge - Automated Segmentation of Prostate Structures page.
