Prostate transversal T2 -weighted MRIs acquired on a 3.0T Siemens TrioTim using only a pelvic phased array coil. Images were acquired for prostate cancer detection.

Supporting Documentation and metadata
Segmentations of the prostate central gland and the peripheral zone are also available as NRRD files. For each case, the background is labeled as 0, the peripheral zone as 1 and the central gland as 2. A prostate segmentation can be constructed by grouping the central gland and the peripheral zone segmentation. The segmentations were constructed using MeVisLab (http://www.mevislab.de).
