Supporting Documentation and Metadata
On some cases, segmentations of the prostate central gland and the peripheral zone are available as NRRD files. For other cases, segmentations of the neurovascular bundle and seminal vessicles are available as MHA files. The segmentations were constructed using MeVisLab (http://www.mevislab.de). More information about the nature of these segmentations can be found on the NCI-ISBI 2013 Challenge - Automated Segmentation of Prostate Structures and NCI-MICCAI 2013 Challenge - Automated Segmentation of Prostate Structures pages.
