Summary
Volumetric and texture features from 82 TCGA cases were obtained following pre-processing, registration, and (manual) segmentation in T1-post contrast and T2-FLAIR images. Features are then compressed using principal component analysis (PCA). These are available to the community and can be obtained by emailing help@cancerimagingarchive.net to request access.
