Summary


Forty-three patients with T2 MR images were acquired from MD Anderson Cancer Center. All images were scanned with a protocol specifically designed for head-and-neck radiation treatment simulation. Manual contours of parotids, submandibular glands, and level II and III lymph nodes were delineated as ground "truth" for training and evaluation. The datasets are divided into three groups: 31 for training, 12 for offline testing, and 12 for real-time testing.
