Summary
Volumetric and texture features from 82 TCGA cases were obtained following pre-processing, registration, and (manual) segmentation in T1-post contrast and T2-FLAIR images. Features are then compressed using principal component analysis (PCA) and published in http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26520762.
