Summary

This page describes the TCGA Breast Phenotype Research Group research project aimed at developing and testing a BIRADS inspired Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) inspired Breast Feature Key for correlative analysis with the other TCGA data types (genetics, pathology, and clinical).
