How-to For Access to Limited Collections ("collection contains images that could potentially be used to reconstruct a human face.")

Access is limited to those collections that contain images that could potentially be used to reconstruct a human face, for the following Collections:

Follow this guide in order to smoothly request, and be granted, access.

Step-by-step guide

1. First, Identify the Collection shortname and DOI that you'd like to request. Most likely, one of these:

   HNSCC Head-Neck-CT-Atlas requests will need you to request access to Head-Neck-CT-Atlas AND HNSCC Radiomics outcome prediction in Oropharyngeal cancer requests will need you to request access to "Radiomics outcome prediction in Oropharyngeal cancer" AND HNSCC IvyGAP IvyGAP-Radiomics requests will need you to request access to IvyGAP-Radiomics AND IvyGAP	Brain-Tumor-Progression Anti-PD-1_MELANOMA GammaKnife-Hippocampal GLIS-RT Head-Neck-PET-CT Head-Neck-Radiomics-HN1 HNSCC-3DCT-RT LDCT-and-Projection-data LGG-1p19qDeletion MRI-DIR OPC-Radiomics REMBRANDT RIDER Neuro MRI	CPTAC-GBM , CPTAC-HNSCC , TCGA-HNSC ,  TCGA-LGG TCGA-GBM , DICOM-Glioma-SEG requests will need you to request access to three Collections: DICOM-Glioma-SEG AND TCGA-GBM AND TCGA-LGG Segmentation Labels and Radiomic Features for the Pre-operative Scans of the TCGA-GBM collection (BraTS-TCGA-GBM) requests will need you to request access to both BraTS-TCGA-GBM and TCGA-GBM for the DICOM portion Segmentation Labels and Radiomic Features for the Pre-operative Scans of the TCGA-LGG collection (BraTS-TCGA-LGG) requests will need you to request access to both BraTS-TCGA-LGG and TCGA-LGG for the DICOM portion ROI Masks Defining Low-Grade Glioma Tumor Regions In the TCGA-LGG Image Collection (TCGA-LGG-Mask)  requests will need you to request access to both TCGA-LGG-Mask and TCGA-LGG for the DICOM portion  MR Imaging Predictors of Molecular Profile and Survival: Multi-institutional Study of the TCGA Glioblastoma Data Set (TCGA-GBM-Radiogenomics) requests will need you to request access to both TCGA-GBM-Radiogenomics and TCGA-GBM for the DICOM portion Glioblastoma multiforme: exploratory radiogenomic analysis by using quantitative image features (TCGA-GBM-QI-Radiogenomics) requests will need you to request access to both TCGA-GBM-QI-Radiogenomics and TCGA-GBM for the DICOM portion GBM-MR-NER-Outcomes requests will need you to request access to "GBM-MR-NER-Outcomes" AND TCGA-GBM DSC T2* MR Perfusion Analysis needs a form filled out but it's not obvious that it does!  If you want the source images and the subset that make up this analysis, request for TCGA-GBM.

3. To complete this 
   Some data in this collection contains images that could potentially be used to reconstruct a human face. To safeguard the privacy of participants, users must sign and submit a TCIA Restricted License Agreement to help@cancerimagingarchive.net before accessing the data.

   3. Next on page 4, YOUR organization's details are requested; note that on Page 3, UAMS contact address details are given.

   4. Page 4: Your signature scanned or electronic are ok
   5. Page 4: Calendar Date you complete the form
   6. Page 5:  A brief description of your project is requested. 
      1. notes in the case of mention of collaborators on page 5
         1. one teacher CAN agree to cover their students, or usage by one investigator's subordinate lab members os ok

         2. This restricted access collection requires a separate license agreement on file for each collaborator that may be accessing the data. Please have each collaborator complete and sign a license agreement and then we can provide access to this data.

4. Save your COMPLETED form in PDF format,
5. submit to TCIA Helpdesk https://help.cancerimagingarchive.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/2  as a "Request Access" type ticket. If this does not work for you, email your form to help@cancerimagingarchive.net 
   1. It is recommended to ensure that you create your helpdesk ticket with the same email as your TCIA account email address.
   2. it is recommended to include "Restricted access request" as the subject of your ticket.
